Every engagement begins with a written architecture. Implementation follows from a clear design. The five models below — from a paid Discovery Blueprint to a bespoke platform — exist so you can match engagement scope to operational risk.

Tier 00 — Discovery

Discovery Blueprint

2–3 weeks · Fixed scope

A paid scoping engagement for serious clients. We map the target workflow, design a proposed architecture, identify integration and data requirements, and produce a fixed scope of work for the build phase. The Discovery fee is credited against the build engagement if you proceed.

Tier 01 — Deployment

Agent Deployment

2–3 weeks · Fixed scope

A single production agent configured for a defined task, connected to your systems, and handed over with documentation. The entry point for organisations new to agentic AI who want a focused, low-risk first deployment.

Best suited to team leads with a clearly defined, single-task automation need and internal capacity to manage credentials.

Tier 02 — System

Agent System

4–6 weeks · Fixed scope

A multi-agent system or coordinated personas with a schema-driven dashboard, integrated into your operational stack. Built to support recurring multi-step workflows where information moves across people, tools, and decisions.

  • Two to three agents or coordinated personas

  • Checkpointing, retry, and partial-success handling

Best suited to department heads or operating teams with a recurring multi-step workflow currently consuming significant manual coordination.

Tier 03 — Platform

Bespoke Platform

Scoped per engagement

A bespoke platform built to your specification. Tier 03 engagements typically involve dedicated infrastructure, integration with proprietary systems, multi-departmental use, or production-grade orchestration at scale. Always begins with a paid Discovery Blueprint.

Managed Operations

Monthly retainer

Ongoing service attached to deployed systems. Production agentic systems require active maintenance — models update, APIs change, source structures shift, and operational requirements evolve. Without maintenance, deployments degrade.

Service tiers

  • Light-touch support for Tier 01 deployments
  • Operational systems for Tier 02 deployments
  • Bespoke platforms with SLA for Tier 03 (required)
